1. Introduction

Welcome to jobsearch ("we", "us", "our"). This is a binding agreement between you, the user, and Jochen Schultz - Einzelunternehmer. By using jobsearch, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with these Terms and Conditions or any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our plugin.

2. License to use our plugin

Unless otherwise stated, Jochen Schultz - Einzelunternehmer owns the intellectual property rights for jobsearch. Subject to the license below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.

You may view, download, and print pages from jobsearch for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use jobsearch in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the plugin or impairment of the availability or accessibility of jobsearch; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.

4. Limitations of liability

Jochen Schultz - Einzelunternehmer will not be liable to you in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, jobsearch:

• for any indirect, special or consequential loss; or
• for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data.

These limitations of liability apply even if Jochen Schultz - Einzelunternehmer has been expressly advised of the potential loss.

5. Privacy Policy

Use of jobsearch is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by this reference.

6. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of jobsearch after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms and Conditions unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
